any uController with full USB 1.1 support and 16bit A/D?

I looked at the microchip, seems their chip is not out yet. any other choise?
 

I will use an external 16bit a/d, but any PIC like uC that has full usb interface?
 

Take a look at Cypress. They have a bunch of nice USB chips, ranging from 8051 cores to home-grown risc processors.
 

A look at Mitsubishi microcontrollers it won't hurt either
