Hi all,
I am designing a 6 layer PCB. Is there any standards for layers colors, if so please let me know. I am following the colors as

Top:Red
GND1:Green
MID1: Pink
GND2:Yellow
MID2: Orange
Bottom:Blue

no rule color setting. what you want you can assign.

As already said - no rules, but when working with multi layers it can help to make inner layers less bold - either patterned or pale colors or both so you can see them but also still see the top/bottom.

Also to make pads, tracks and copper all variations of the colour.

If you are able to, also make power & gnd pads & tracks separate colours.

no rules.it is purely your choice. set colors which you feel comfortable.

sure,PCB designe not any rule for layer colors.
BTW,could you tell me if you are designer of PCB >
