hello forum.
any one plz quote the number of p channel power mosfet enhancement type having id 50 ampere or more,if not why? regards
 

As far as "why not?", that's your inferior PMOS mobility
leading you to an unyieldable die size for achievable
defect density.

Power MOSFETs can be paralleled. Look into that. You
will also have an easier time getting the heat out.
