ANY LOW COST Thermal Design Software

Any low cost alternatives to FLOTHERM , QFIN and ICEPAK.

They are selling annual liscense (20,000$ yearly ) and have kept this kind of software affordable to only very big companies or Multinationals.

Companies in 3rd world can only dream for this kind of softwares
 

I dont know about prices, but check:
1) FLOPCB (Flometrics)
2) Betasoft (Dynamic Soft Analisys)
3) TASPCB (Harvard Thermal)

I guess you mean PCB design.

Please post your mind when you check the soft.
 

FLOTHERM , QFIN and ICEPAK. are for heatsink design and package thermal design, airflow calculation
