Any knows what TL187 is ?

Anyone knows what TL187 is ?

I have this device, It looks exactly like a traditional 3-pin transistor. But i couldn't find its datasheet over web. Help required. part no. is TL 187.

Can you upload an image of the device, as never saw TL187. But worked a lot with TL431 which a programmable voltage reference source. I have a lot of databooks but did not find it.

I wish I could have but I don't have a high resolution camera, If at all I upload the image u couldn't differentiate it either . anyway i'm posting this image which is like the one I posses with TL 187 imprinted on its face.

Probably this is an SCR. I will be posting its schematic once when I'm done, which would be more helpful.

it is an NPN transistor same as bel187

I could not find any datasheet even for BEL187. Can you upload here please?
