Is it a connector to a laundry iron or hot plate or coffee percolator? It looks like a type used in any number of appliances. The metal prongs are large as though designed to carry many Amperes.
I suspect manufacturers do not hold to any particular spec. It's unlikely you'll find a standardized dimension. Prong separations vary. Prong diameters vary. Etc.
In similar situations I imagine I could custom fabricate a duplicate connector, by slathering hot melt glue around two prongs held in the tubules of the opposite connector. Hot melt glue can be reworked, sculpted, built up, etc. However it breaks down when exposed to high temperatures or certain solvents.
It will be difficult to fabricate your own connectors the same way. In reality I'm inclined to make it easy on myself by clipping the connectors and simply splicing wires together.
