Is there any IC with built in counter,7-segment decoder with display blanking, driver?

HI, Here is a manual of HCC/HCF 4026B DECADE COUNTERS/DIVIDERS WITH DECODED 7 SEGMENT DISPLAY OUTPUTS.

depending on applications the drivers should be chosen, designing drivers for wide variety of applications is not simple, even if designed limitations always present. this paper which was attached has spec's specifying its driving capability.
