any computer code for scattering problem in FDTD or MOM?

Hi, guys. I am wondering are there any numerical code on line for calculating scattering problems by FDTD or MOM?

And also, is it possible to use HFSS to solve the scattering problem such as plane wave incident scattered by dielectric sphere ball? Any example, tutorial or reference are appreciated.. Thanks in advanced.
