Hi all,

Does anybody know any commercial product which uses any type of adaptive array, phased array or beam steerable system? It maybe used in some kind of cellular or wireless systems or even in satellite communication, but commercially available on the market.

Cheers
Hadi

You mean that they use several RF phase shifters between elements and change the phase there?
I as thinking that they are using electrical motors to steer it ... but it seems you are right:

So it is adaptive RF phased array, not a digital phase array ...

Cheers

In the past digital phase shifters are costlier. so R&D result on low cost is by using stepper motors.
yet the concept is adaptive phase delay. Phase delay by loaded substrate etc.

Or perhaps any commercial system with a capability to track the user when it is moving?
