or some body needs an idea of a new invention or needs an invention
and I am asking why not so much people talk about that ?
its difficult to design ? or its difficult to have a new idea ?

I think, your "search" is not proper. Lots of new inventions are happening daily. Any PhD thesis is itself an invention. An invention need not be a popular one, many smaller inventions & discoveries are being formed daily.

I think you should categorize your search first.

Invention in electronics, software application, embedded systems, PLC ... ????
Specify a task first, know your aim, then there would be lots of answers.
You cannot ask such a general question.

I fall in this problem because I am just a hobbist ,, please help

I am an electronic hobbyist
I began with studying all the electronic components and its behavior { resistor , capacitor , inductor , ,...........etc {
* i have a good background about the computer architecture
* i am somewhat good in programming
* i have a good ideas but without any experience


now , I am missing the target because I am just a hobbyist
please help

Too little experience and you have no "seed corn". Too much,
and you decide it's better to eat it than plant it.

Some people have ideas all the time. Some don't. Some fail
simply to direct imagination into ideation and then into
implementation.

The components probably are just a means to an end. What
end is worth seeking? Any problem, if you look at it long
enough and from different angles, probably wants to suggest
you a solution. If you know how to listen.

If you don't, spend time at it (listening) anyway.
