Hi everybody
I design a ciruit that requires anti-lighting but I don't have any experience about that. Please help me!

Anti-lighting?? Are you referring to city ordinances that restrict the illumination from outdoor lighting fixtures to reduce light pollution?
 

I have the feeling that you are after "anti-LIGHTNING" protection ..
