We have Antenna and Propagation course...What is most important things from Antenna? Please reply

The introductory chapters of any antennas book will have the most important topics. But for ideas:

Gain, directivity, input impedance, efficiency, radiation pattern, capture area, the point source, half-wave dipole, short (Hertzian) dipole, are all pretty important.

Antennas like the Yagi-Uda, helical etc are quite important, but not so much as the basic concepts.
