Hi everyone,

I am looking for any articles/books/papers on the antenna testing etc :

(I have the paper by Ludwig about cross-polarisation etc)

Anything which explains stuff like aziumth over elevation etc

plz pm or upload to download

thx for your help in advance

antenna polarisation

You may refer to antenna theory by balanis or the book entitled: "antenna measurement"

8) 8) 8) 8)

circular polerisation
of a cross yagi is done using a phasing harnes

2 1/4 wave patchers joined using a T piece then attached
to each set of driven elements

i do this

make 2 1/4 wave patch lead by calculation using velosity factor of .96 then once they are in place using two swr meters an tx at center freq

check the "balance" between each driven element
then adjust the patch leads {radiators etc} for best in both

this is circular polerisation
and gives superiour results too cross polerisation

the trick is too calculate all parts perfect

then you wont need to adjust just check
{using the same type of meter {maker} for both or youll get different results}

polarisation

You may like to read antenna handbook by lee.
