Hello Everyone !!

I need to simulate with ansoft designer v.2 an electronically controlled phase shifter using the circuit simulator (not planar EM) with microstrip tx-line component and lumped elements (diodes). So...how can i do it ? Are there any complete project or paper about that ?

Thank you guys !!!

I've done it before by using a quadrature hybrid with two of the ports terminated in varactors. I believe this is a fairly common design.

How can i link capacitor values to the phase shifting ?
