I have an Anritsu MS2651A Spectrum analyser at my work place which is not starting up. When I connect the 220V cord at the back of the unit , the front panel standby LED (green light) goes on. When I press the rubber button on the front panel, the Standby LED still remains switched on and the unit never powers up. In otherwords, under normal conditions, when one presses the rubber button, the spectrum analyser will come out of "standby" mode (green LED)and the "ON" LED will light up (red in colour). Has anyone worked with these spectrum analysers and experienced a similar problem? If so, what is the diagnosis?
