Another problem with SILVACO TCAD

I want to plot Transmission DOS and Current spectra for negf solver. i have used the following code

probe transmission x=0 y=-0.03 filename="quantumex18_TranvsE_"
probe transmission band=1 state=1
probe transmission band=2 state=1
probe dosvse x=0 y=-0.03
probe dosvse x=0 y=0.01
probe dosvse x=0 y=0.014
probe dosvse x=0 y=0.018
probe dosvse x=0 y=0.06
probe densvse x=0 y=0.06
probe curdvse x=0 y=0.06

along with the negf.log with the SAVE command, and in the tonyplot

tonyplot quantumex18_TranvsE_1.log

but a tonyplot error is coming with "Permission Denied". I can't understand the reason. please help

Can you see the file quantumex18_TranvsE_1.log in your directory?
