Hi everyone!

I have created an artificial neural network that generates S parameters of a passive two-port device (s2p file) depending on the input data - geometry and frequency.

I have a question - how can I insert this model into ADS and use it like a regular device (like an R or L or C component). ?

Is there any special component or function in the Keysight ADS so that I have a black box with ratios to determine the real and imaginary part of the S parameters - and geometry and frequency on the outside?

Conceptually, so that inside the model file I can describe with equations:

S11/re/im ... = param1*weight*freq....
S12/re/im ... S22 /re/im = likewise...

Is it possible to use the model as VerilogA or some Spectre code?

Please help, any suggestions

Thank you!
