Anlayse Data Set to identify number of occurence, using VB coding

I have a Data set with about 12500 values.

I need to findout how many times each of the different values in column Y occurs and display it as a graph.

I have attached a short example with 20 data lines, to explain this.

I am using a Data Analysis software, which has VBA programming possibility.

Can Anyone help?

I think you can use directly "Tools-->Data analysis-->Histogram" you can find in excel.
