Analyzing this circuit, what can you do?

Do you have problems to understand the meaning of the warning "unmodelled pin"? It seems almost self-explanatory.

A warning isn't an error, it just says: You can connect what you want to this pin, but it has no effect on simulation results.

I understand that these pins can not be simulated but would have an equivalent component to this that can simulate?

It's of course possible to simulate the offset pins. You can e.g. make your own model, or try to find one.
