I have done a PSS + Pnoise analysis for my PLL+Chargepump of my PLL design. How can I analyse this plot to get the phase noise?

Centre frequency = 1 GHz
Offset : form 1KHz to 1MHz

From the posted plot you already have the Phase Noise information.
The plot shows the SSB Phase Noise amplitude (in dBc/Hz) at frequency offset from the 1GHz carrier signal.
-125.8dBc/Hz @ 1kHz offset
-135.1dBc/Hz @ 10kHz offset
-140dBc/Hz @ 100kHz offset
-140.9dBc/Hz @ 1MHz offset

yes those markers list the phase noise at that one specific frequency in a 1 hz bandwidth. Is that what you are aking for?

Some take that plot and integrate it to get RMS phase deviation, which is useful in some communications systems problems. There are spreadsheets you can find online to do that integration.
