Analog Video Standard Detection IC

Hi;

Is there any IC for detecting analog video standard - PAL / NTSC - and generate interrupt according to standard?
If incoming video is PAL, it generates one interrupt from its pin, if video is NTSC it generates one interrupt from other pin.
I searched, but nothing is found. Video decoders can detect input standard, but i need special ic for video standard detection.

There is active video detection ic from MAXIM, MAX7461. I need an ic nearly same with MAX7461.

Need your help.

PAL and NTSC (and SECAM) are different methods of encoding color. Is this what you want or is it a circuit that tells you if the standard is 625/50 or 525/60.

I need an IC, that tells me analog video standard.
For example, analog video is inputted from an IC pin and it detects the signal standard -PAL / NTSC- and generates interrupt accordingly.

Max7461 detects active video and it tells me there is an active video on my input.
My IC should tell me incoming video is PAL or NTSC directly generating interrupt from PAL int pin or NTSC int pin.

I'm not sure such a device exists. There are PAL and NTSC versions of 625/50 and 525/60 statndards and also versions of both using different color subcarrier frequencies. To tell them apart you would have to detect the subcarrier frequency and whether it's phase changes from one line to another. It can be done but I can't think of a single IC that does all that in one package.

Video decoders can detect PAL/NTSC signal and writes them their read-only registers. You can read decoder register and find video standard.
For this purpose I need decoders and mcu to understand input video standard.
It is complex for my application. I need something more simpler to detect video standard.
If it doesn't exist, I have to build complex version, but if you know any ic for this purpose, it would be great for me.
