Analog signal in to Bi-Phase Digital data converstion

Hello,

I need to convert 1Vp-p bi-phase analog signal to bi-phase digital data. I am getting ADC outputs. But I have no idea about the bi-phase analog in to bi-phase digital conversion algorithm.
