use LM555

for sine wave you can use ICL8038

"ziyas" I dont think that your search will end up with answer...all oscillator can be made to vary it's frequency of operation but for all oscillator amplitude is a constant which only depend on oscillator power supply...varying power supply to achieve output amplitude variation according to me is not adviceable
