In general ,

in digital cmos technology we consider only two thinks speed and power (in memory we also think about area )

but , we think all expects of cmos while design analog / rf circuits.

after designing the mixer at 10.5GHz and numbers of other analog circuits .

I found that designing a small mp ro mc or any other digital circuits is much easy , then designing a any small cmos circuit like amp with lest or lose specification, etc.

what do you think ?
