Hello,
can someone advice, what kind of analog circuitry we may need in designing of ALU?

I may suggest some, please correct me if I'm wrong.
Analog circuits : PLL, Clock data recovery, reference freq, buffer.

regards,
Kumar

Hi Kumar,

Is buffer considerd to be analog circuit??

None... Those circuits you mention are not really part of an ALU. They might be used to generate signals you need, but they're not part of the ALU core itself
