It's obviously an inductor with 4 pins wound on a bobbin core, can be a transformer with two windings or a single coil with taps.
It doesn't look bad at all, but you may want to remove the shrink tube carefully and check the windings.
There probably thousands of similar components. If the part is actually damaged (why do you think it is?), there's no easy replacement. Rewinding the bobbin core with magnet wire of correct gauge would be the best way to repair it if you don't have exact specifications.
