would you please suggest an algorithm on how to demodulate a CDMA or WCDMA signal with a bandwidth of about 20MHz. using TI's DSP TMS320c6711.

I think that's a big topic , you should first find a book to familiar with the basic idea of wcdma.
 

Do a search for "Rake receiver" at TI's site, they have a good application note on that
