I want to know what componenet should I use in bias circuits of LNA and Power Amps?

most of the time bandgap circuits, you can consult many paper

I mean discreate componets such as resistors and capacitors and their places
please upload papers

if you use a resistor, in serial please, and add a large capacitor between the other side of the resistor and ground.

inductor(or micstrip) , resistor, cap
the bias circuit is to provide DC for trasistor, and cannot influence the RF.

1/4 wave length transmission line?
