how to drive HREADY and HRESPONSE signals internally by slave,

which signals internally linked to HREADY and HRESPONSE to give high and low for hready and ok, error, retry , split for hresponse signals.

(Hready and Hresponse signals depends on which signals ?)

Read the AHB spec carefully. Re-read the spec if things are not understable the first time.
how to drive HREADY and HRESPONSE signals internally by slave,
That is driven by the slave state machine.

There are many papers freely available explaining the working of a AHB slave. Download them and study the state-diagram.
