Altium Summer 09 files import

Hi,

I downloaded from xilinx site schematic and PCB of new Spartan6 board.
The schematic were created with DxDesigner 2005.1 and the PCB were created with Allegro 15.7.
I tryed to use Altium import wizard but it can't import Allegro binary file.
I tryed to import DxDesigner schematic too but Altium don't recognize the schematic format (What extension should have the schematic? I found files with sch\sp605.1, sch\sp605.2 etc...)
May sameone help me???

there are help files in your altium directory.
see "AP0157 Moving to Altium Designer from Mentor Graphics DxDesigner.PDF". ALso try the altium wiki.

I think the file may need to be in ASCII format and not binary.
