Altium showing off-board parts on schematic but not including in pcb layout

I'd like to include off-board parts on the schematic for making the design understandable but would then need to ignore these parts in the printed circuit board layout (since they aren't on the board)/ Has anyone done this? Thanks

In Altium Symbols can be assigned different properties depending on the need for your need you can use Graphic proeprty as in image file
