The Altium project contains both schematic and PCB designs. After implementing minor updates to the schematic, the "Design -> Update Schematics to PCB" function was executed, generating a few Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), which were addressed, and the PCB update was completed successfully.

However, when the updated design file is opened in an older version of Altium and the "Design -> Update Schematics to PCB" function is run, no ECOs are generated. Conversely, when the file is opened in the newer version of Altium and the same function is executed, some ECOs are generated, specifically related to "Add Rules" for power supply and ground nets in the schematic.

Could you provide insight into why this discrepancy occurs and how to resolve it?
