Altium MUltichannel designs

I'm new to altium and I've been trying to do a multichannel design.
I have some interconnections between the channels so I layed them out independently and connected the busses respectively. However I am getting an error that I have duplicate net names in a harness. How do I go about fixing this? The A_CTRL harness isn't connected globally but rather to the child sheet it is wired too.

It depends on your settings and the compiler on how the nets and the buses and named and carried throughout. Verify your hierarchy and rules.
