Altium Designer - FPGA

Hi,
I would like to design a board in Altium Designer that will have both Xilinx and Altium FPGAs.

Is there any way that I can simulate a complete design from withing AD itself?

I (think I) am asking if there's any detailed doc on how to do this or how can I import routed designs from Quartus and ISE back into AD.

If anybody can point me to any doc at all on this subject I'd be very grateful.

I am NOT using a nanoboard.
