Hi,

I wanted to know how I can fanout a BGA in Altium Designer using Blind and Buried Vias. When I fan it out by default the vias go through the whole board. Sure enough when you have a 1000 pin BGA you need like 20 layers for it to be able to create escape routes. If the vias are blind, then Im sure you can get it escaped in much less layers.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks
