altera Stratix II GX configuration file extension ".xpof"

Hi,
In my existing desing configuration file generated from Altera Stratix II is havind extension ".xpof".
When I tried to generated a new configuration file it is generating ".sof".
I couldn't find out any way to convert this sof into xpof.
Can anyone help.
