Altenative IC for CS5490 energy meter.

I am using the CS5490. i am measuring the voltage and the current from ( shunt resistor).

But i have some problems with CS5490. The IC "stacks" and need many times reset.

Does anyone knows any other energy meter IC which is more stable.
