Allegro SPB174 MPS ERROR

Hi Guys,

I'm having some issues to launch Allegro SPB174 Release and I'm getting this error below. I see that some people say that is a missing ksh package but is not the case
The package is already installed.

productServer Error: unable to export functions
MPS ERROR: mpsRegInterestId_A:could not connect with cdsMsgServer on host

MPS ERROR: mpsRegInterestId_A:could not connect with cdsMsgServer on host
