Allegro PCB error: can't locate RWUXThemeS.dll

by running Allegro on PC I faced this error :

What is it, and how to fix it?

you can copy the dll in your OS(ex:winXP->C:\WINDOWS\system32)

You can find it in your allegro Directory.
(ex:allegro 16.0->C:\Cadence\SPB_16.0\tools\bin)

Is Allegro machine dependent? I have tested it on Intel machins working properly, but with AMD machine I faced this problem!!!
