Allegro Design Entry HDL L - Vs - OrCAD Capture CIS??

In what aspects Allegro Design Entry HDL L is better than OrCAD Capture CIS (Vesion-16)??
How "ALLEGRO PCB DESIGN L/XL" is different from than OrCAD PCB Editor (Vesion-16)??

It will be nice if some one can put some comments on this topic. I'll also like to know if it will be tougher for some one to learn the tool Allegro, who is presently working on Orcad - Or the Menus/Options are more or less similar?:?:

i have the same doubt. Why do we need "design entry hdl" since we can do the same with "design entry cis".

how to convert the DESIGN ENTRY HDL (.cpm) into DESIGN ENTRY CIS (.dsn)???

and kindly mention the differences between these two tools??
