Hi All,

What's the difference between AHB and AHB-lite? Where and when each of the buses are recommended for use?

Does AHB-lite support burst transactions? If it does not, why?

Thank you!

AHB-Lite is for simpler bus structure where there is single Master, and there is no bus request, stall feature like AHB. AHB supports multiple master.

Does AHB-Lite support burst transactions?

Yes, AHB-Lite does support burst transactions.

Sorry I don't mean any type of disrespect to anyone, but for design engineers there is a popular saying which I find very relevant to this post (moderators might delete my post if I have violated any rules). ;-)
