Hi, everyone.
I am an wireless design engineer.
I am wondering how to set the value regarding AGC detector circuit with 60dB dynamic range. This AGC was operated in 70MHz band , I selected schottky to detect RF power level. I am using the Microsim ver. 8. After simulating, the result was not satified with me until now. For now, this program has limited library, however I would like to add schottky library in the circuit. Would you someone to comment how to generate new library ? Please find attached file for your reference.
