After start cadence ic610, can't open help documentation!

Hi,
I have been trying to install IC610 on openSUSE11.1. I have read a lot of reference articles and solved the problems during installation.
However,after activating the license file(it seems the license has been activated), I encountered a problem as follow when typing "icfb&"

which indicates a programming error.

There will be no further warnings about this issue.

At the main interface of 610, I can't open help/Cadence Documentation, only pop up a frame shows:

Some Cadence online documentation files are missing or can not opened duo to an error.
To start the Cadence documentation system, type cdsdoc at a system prompt.
type cdsdoc at command line or linux terminal, it said undifined.

I had added below to .bashrc file,
