I am looking for some advice from members of this esteemed forum. We like to get our research done before approaching a supplier.
A client of mine is looking for a 4 point probe solution for the measurement of resistance, failure analysis and coating thickness.
Can anyone recommend a good supplier of these probes? I have taken a look at Jandel but there is little to no information about them. My client has had problems in the past with after service and needs reassurance of quality, accuracy and customer service.
Also, what sort of price are we talking for a 4 point probe.
