ADVICE ME for a cheap ALTERA STRATIX BOARD

Ok the time has come for me to start paying attention to ALTERA's STRATIX fpgas .but i don't want to spend a lot of money .Please give me some advice on a cheap STRATIX plataform and some projects to discover the tools.

I think the board which is made in your country is the cheapest!!
any board made by famous or aboard company, will be expensive!!
So i advise you to find the board-making company in your country!

EP1S25 platform are relatively cheaper, you can buy it.

or you can buy chips from altera and draw pcb by youself.

U can go for PCI development board provided by altera,which has EP1S25F1020C5 FPGA embedded overit.

I don't think making a board that supports BGA will be that cheap..
