hi there.. can i have detail about disadvantage and disadvantage of each type of power diode? i need to consider which type is suit for my project but i want to know the detail of those power diode like , silicon-carbide MPS diode. silicon-carbide PiN diode, schottky diode and others..what is the pros and cons of each type?
