advanatages of at89c2051

vjfaisal many have explain the difference and the advantages.. 2051 is small (20 pins) and has all the features that you can use in advace designing... it is low power specially if you have to design a circiut with back (battary) supply, it is convinient, easy available, easy to program, no programming problems etc.

Download DIY package from the site and ask admin if any problem to build it.

89c2051 is a small pincount version of at89c51 with all its facilities. The added facilities are low voltage operation, ports can source more current, a analog comparator, etc.

Yes he is correct. For example atmega 8 is available cheaper than 2051.

Think switching over to something higher.
