ADS SIPro PA-SI Analysis error

Hi,

I am facing the error in ADS simulation,
Is this because my mesh size setting is too small?
(Custom Target Mesh Zise: 0.4mm)
(Frequency Plans: 0~40Ghz [PCIe4])

Please guide me.
