How can i measure Vds,Vgs and Ids in a design in ADS? how to plot the voltages across time? pls respond asap

I think it is almost as in a free QUCS simulator. You just need to find probes in palette, put probes, do some time-domain simulation, then add rectangular plots and choose probe names (I, V, etc.). For example, for Ids you must put "I"-meter circle to the drain or source pin. Biasing must be provided (voltage sources). Add some DC/AC simulation blocks.

For voltages, you should assign a net name for voltages which you're interested in , for currents, you should connect a I.Probe component in series at the branch which you're interested in then you have to do a transient simulation to get voltage/current versus time.
