ADS moment simulation problem

sometimes when I use ADS moment to simulate a circuit ,there could not to get into solve the problem,the message says:since no cti file could be read,no dispaly file be write.....
what's the reason of this and how to solve it?
every I must reinstall ADS and the problem diapear.
are there any other method to solve?
expect anyone there can tell me.

Used to suffer this problem.

Guess you are under Win2K/XP.

Remove all the Service Packs and try again.
 

This is a bug of ADS2002.
This is solved in ADS2002C .
Another problem in UNIX version is that Momentum simulation sometimes gives unphysical results with certain geometries.Ex S11>1 etc.

I have subscribed to Agilent forum and knowledge center and found very useful solutions at there. To subscribe to , you don't have to have a license.

yes, i had this problem, i think you are use win2000..
you can reinstall win without sp3.
